UX / Product Audit

Find the friction. Know what to fix first.

For teams with an existing product and a focused usability or conversion concern. The audit provides an independent review of real journeys, evidence where available and a prioritized action plan.

Where I can help

Start with the problem.

Users abandon a critical journey
Review the steps and uncertainty around the drop-off.
The backlog is full of small fixes
Prioritize by user impact, evidence and implementation effort.
A redesign feels necessary but risky
Separate structural issues from improvements that can ship incrementally.

How we work through it

  1. Agree the journeys, devices, languages and business questions to review.
  2. Inspect the interface and available evidence, documenting reproducible issues.
  3. Walk through recommendations with the team and agree the first repair sequence.

Before we start

Does the audit certify accessibility compliance?

No. An audit may include accessibility checks within its stated scope. Formal conformance assessment requires a separately defined review and appropriate specialist validation.

What should I share in the first message?
